How do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States, we do not ship internationally.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We ship via UPS or FEDEX and delivery times will be based on your location. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location and the order weight.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processed.
Once an order has been entrusted to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, damages or lost/stolen packages. Delivery times depend on the carrier’s performance and policies.
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $89 (after discounts and excluding taxes) in the U.S. Orders of an amount of $89 or less will incur a standard shipping fee of about $7.5.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a full refund. The items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To process your return for physical hardware, you must locate your order ID (you can find it in the original order confirmation email), then complete the return form, and submit the return.
Once your return is processed, your refund will be processed in 2-7 business days. However, depending on your bank, it can take longer to be credited to your account. You will receive an email to notify you when your return has been processed.
